Here to Answer some Questions!

• The idea started in 2010 with our family wanting to give back to our local community.
• NHCC manages its own herd of cattle but accepts donations of any kind including: cattle, feed, hay, volunteer time, equipment, hauling, or just a kind word.
• All cuts of the cow are prepared as ground beef and frozen in 1 pound packages for easy storage and distribution.
• 1 pound of ground beef is roughly 4 servings of protein.
